I’m Gisella Rose—artist, movement alchemist, and author of ELIXIR: A Journey into Ancestral Alchemology.
SOMAmagical is the name that holds it all—the embodiment of my teachings, offerings, and explorations.
SOMA represents the body, the wisdom carried in our cells, the felt experience of life itself.
Magical speaks to the alchemy, mystery, and unseen forces that move through us. Together, SOMAmagical is an invitation to reconnect with your body, lineage, and the sacred rhythms of existence.
At the heart of SOMAmagical are Ancestral Alchemology™ and SPELLidance™—two pillars of my work. Ancestral Alchemology is an ancestral healing and connection method I have created, offering a way to explore the unseen threads that weave through generations. SPELLidance is my mystical movement practice, weaving together conscious dance, yoga, meditation, and cosmic energies into an embodied experience that shifts patterns, promotes healing, and wakes your magic.
Through movement, ritual, and a curiousity for ancestral exploration, SOMAmagical is an evolving space where you can step into your essence and embody your unique rhythm.

Gisella Rose has a way to create classes that allow you to be embodied really easily. I always feel like my body is happy to be let free and wants to dance to the music she chose and flow to it’s own vibe. Very refreshing and healing. She has a way with images and words that really speak to me. She also has an interesting take on astrology and the elements. It was the first time I heard that way to describe my birth chart and it brought a new angle of awareness for me. I have known her for a few years and saw her bloom as a teacher, can’t wait to see what else she comes up with in the future.
